Skills for Justice

Skills for Justice

Skills for Justice (SFJ) Awards is an awarding organisation approved by the Qualification Regulators to provide qualifications in England, Wales and Northern Ireland. They develop and deliver nationally recognised qualifications for the Justice and Community Safety Sector, the Legal Sector, Local Government and the Military. It is also increasingly used by the private sector to accredit industry courses.

In addition to providing nationally recognised qualifications on the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF), they recognise that many employers and training providers wish to gain formal accreditation for the training they deliver. In response to this they offer organisations the ability to attain ‘Centre Approval Status’ following a quality and standards inspection process. We were awarded SFJ Centre Approval Status in November 2017.

By working with SFJ Awards, we can develop and implement accredited and certificated learning programmes that adhere to a recognised quality assurance process.

This results in a quality, collaborative, tailored training programme which allows our clients to have confidence in the learning product they create with us. It also ensures learners have the appropriate skills to do their jobs with proficiency. We have designed and delivered accredited courses for the Private Regulated Sector and various UK Government Agencies

Assessing return on expectation (ROE)

The Kirkpatrick Model has evolved over multiple decades through application by learning and development professionals around the world

A successful training initiative delivers a return on expectations to its key business stakeholders.

It’s a practitioner approach to creating and demonstrating the organisational value of training – and shows clearly the degree to which expectations have been satisfied.

We use the established New World Kirkpatrick model to measure your ROE.

This is one of a number of proven methodologies that we employ for the measurement of data as part of our consultancy services.

As certified Kirkpatrick model practitioners we can provide:

  • A full analysis of the training you’ve delivered
  • Evidence of achieving outcomes and objectives
  • Recommendations for continued professional development.
